SUGGESTED USE: FOR OCCASIONAL USE ONLY: Take one to two capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Use for no more than seven days continuously.
SHORT-TERM CLEANSING PROGRAM: As part of a 15-day cleanse cycle, take one to two capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to seven days, followed by additional fiber and water intake for days 8-15. Do not repeat the cleansing program for at least 6-8 weeks.
CAUTION: Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product contains senna leaves and cascara sagrada. Consume with a full glass of liquid to avoid choking. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under 18. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, diarrhea, or loose stools. Consult a physician if you experience rectal bleeding, abdominal cramping, or failure to have a bowel movement after using this product, or if you have a known medical condition and are taking medication. This product is manufactured and packaged in a facility that may process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
